Ist es möglich ein interaktives PDF zu erstellen, welches anschliessend mit einem IPhone geöffnet werden kann, und dabei ein Container enthält mit dem bei drücken die Kamera des Mobiltelefon öffnet (oder Album) um ein Foto in das PDF einzufügen?

This feature (selecting an image as the icon of a button) doesn't work in the mobile version of Acrobat, unfortunately.

It does work if you use the PDF Expert app by Readdle, though.

You can create a form with Adobe Acrobat, not Acrobat Reader.
