Acrobat reader access denied on new iPad. Can not Sign In with Apple ID, google, or adobe ID.
customer service said I don't have "subscription". Please tell me how i should pay for or subscribe "free" software?!

There is an optional subscription, which unlocks more features. You don't need to have it. When exactly do you get an "access denied" message?
