IPad stopped accessing Onedrive and iCloud files

My adobe reader on my iPad suddenly stopped accessing my Onedrive and iCloud drives. So thinking it was an update issue, I updated to IOS 12.1.1 and updated the PDF Reader App. Still no change! Tried resetting Onedrive, no change. Help!
