We have had no issues before but for some reason today when users are going into a shared folder on the network they are unable to open multiple .pdf files at once. There is no error messages they just do not come up. They are able to take the .pdf and move it locally, and open up multiples at once but this is not a fix for this issue. Please respond ASAP as we need this issue fixed.

Do you have a paid Acrobat product, or only the free Acrobat Reader?

It is the free version that you provide on your website it is adobe acrobat reader dc . Do you suggest we use an older version possibly? We are finding out it maybe due to the current version of adobe that we have? The current version# is 2019.010.20099 this is with multiple people. Is there a fix for this? Thanks.
