I have been receiving an error when trying to pull up a PDF online in IE. I have been receiving an error that says, "There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again. (4:4)"

Acrobat had been uninstalled and reinstalled on the machine which is brand new Dell laptop build with Windows 10 Build 1709 on it. I am almost positive that this is a registry realated issue with Adobe since we usually deploy a registry fix to our users as well but that did not work this time.

This was fixed by installing an updated version of Adobe Reader DC that we had received from Adobe.
