Je ne peux pas enregister mes fichiers sous Adobe Reader

Bonjour,

je ne peux pas enregister mon fichier pdf car il m'affiche ce message : "Impossible d'enregistrer le document. Le fichier est peut-être en lecture seule ou ouvert par un autre utilisateur. Enregistrez le document sous un nom différent ou dans un dossier distinct."

Ce fichier n'est pas ouvert par un autre utilisateur et j'ai déjà essayé de changer le nom du fichier et pourtant il m'affiche toujours le même message.

Je ne sais plus quoi faire. De plus, il ne reste plus que mes annotations. Les images et le texte qu'il y avait dans le fichier de base ont totalement disparu.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, you are unable to save the PDF file and getting the error 'Can't save the document. The file may be read alone or opened by another user. Save the document under a different name or in a separate folder.'

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try to open a different PDF file and check.

What is the workflow/steps you are doing that leads you to this error message ?

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? to check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 20.13.20064 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates

Is the file stored on a shared network/drive? If yes, please try to download the file to your computer locally and then try to save it and check.

You may also look at the correct answer marked in a similar discussion https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/can-t-save-quot-the-file-may-be-read-only-or-another-user-may... and see if that helps.

L'avez-vous fait ?

Avez-vous essayé d'enregistrer ce document sur votre disque dur ?

En général ce message est dû au fait que le document se trouve sur un volume réseau non accessible en écriture.
