Kein Speichern auf Cloud mehr möglich von Acrobat Reader DC

Hallo Community,

Ich kann keine Pdf´s mehr von Acrobat Reader DC (Testversion) auf meine Adobe Cloud speichern.

Kann man das irgendwo einstellen? Oder mache ich da was falsch?

• Are you getting any error message or code when you try to upload the file?
• What is the workflow or steps you are doing to upload the files to the cloud?
• Please share the screenshot or a video recording of the issue you are experiencing?
• What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC installed? To check the version of the application please use the link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html
  Make sure you have the latest version 19.21.20061 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates. You may also download the patch using the link: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html

If it still doesn't work

• Remove the application using the Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs
• Reboot the computer
• Reinstall the application using the link here: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
