Hello,
I have a complete catalogue and would like to add a catalogue cover. The catalogue starts at page 1, now if I am adding the cover sheet, then page 1 would be page 2 etc. Is there a possibility to add the cover sheet without being counted. So if someone calls up page 3, then it would be catalogue page 3 intstead of page 2?
Does anybody have any idea?

Hi Birgita,
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, you want to add a cover page to a document without being counted.
Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is a freeware application with limited functionality and it can not be used to add or renumber the pages of the PDF. Would you mind sharing the application and the steps you are using to add the cover page to the PDF?
If you have Adobe Acrobat DC (paid service) You can number the pages in your document in a variety of ways. You can specify a different numbering style for group of pages, such as 1, 2, 3, or i, ii, iii, or a, b, c. You can also customize the numbering system by adding a prefix. Please look at the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/using/manipulating-deleting-renumbering-pdf-pages.html#renumber_p... for more information.
Hope this information will help
