Merging two pdf files having different sizes

Hello!

I am trying to merge two pdf files into one. The problem is, that they have different sizes and when they are merged one part is bigger than the other. 

When I zoom both files to fit the width of the window, one shows 115% and the other 204%. 

I cannot find the proper way to set them to equal size to properly merge them. Pls help.

In Adobe Acrobat DC Pro you can change the page sizes.
