missing preflight tool in Acrobat 10.1 (CS6)

I used to be able to click on Prepress tools, one of which is Preflight, but I'm missing that entire Print/Prepress menu altogether.

I'm running Windows 10, Adobe CS 6, which came with Acrobat 10.1. Can anyone please let me know how to restore that function?

Is it Acrobat Pro or Standard? The Preflight tool is only available in the former.

Also, you should know that Acrobat X (10) is quite old and not compatible with Windows 10.
