You seem to got the space-bar confused with the comma key...

Anyway, there's nothing you can do about this issue using the free Reader. Report it to the author of the file and ask them to fix it.

Explain clearly what you want, and why, and why you feel they should do that work for you. There is no magic button for them to press, they may need to do a lot of work.

They would need to add links over the text in the TOC so that it links to the other pages in the file.
