My adobe reader will only scan new PDF documents partially. finding some words but not others. It will search an old 2018 perfectly but will only find certain words like "patient" but not other words like "novolog" on the same document from 2020.
Are you able to select those words on the page using the text selection tool? If so, what do you see when you copy them and then paste into another application, like Word? Do they come out correctly?
