Hi,

I am trying to use named destinations in adobe inside wordpress but they do not work. They are going to the first page of the pdf document. Can you please let me know which plugin inside wordpress do I need and what configuration is needed so they can work inside my company which uses adobe acrobat xi pro. Will truly appreciate it.

It's going to depend on the browser, and what its PDF viewer supports. You cannot change this or add a plug-in, all the browser makers blocked this.

Adobe made a plug-in for all major web browsers. This allowed the browsers to show PDF. Over time, Google, Microsoft, Firefox and Apple have all blocked this plug-in in some or all browsers. So Adobe have nothing to do with showing PDF in Chrome, Edge, Firefox and (I think) Safari. Also, Adobe never supplied the tech for use on phones and tablets. Instead each browser maker has their own plug-in. So, what they do with a link is pretty random; you can't guarantee this sort of thing will work, even though once it would have worked well.
