Mi computadora tuvo un problema y tuve que enviarla a reparar. Ahora no puedo abrir los libros comprados (e-book) con el programa Acrobat Reader. El mensaje dice que no reconoce el archivo

¿Cóm puedo solucionarlo? ¿Perdí los e-books comprados y descargados en mi ordenador?
