Not able to install adobe reader dc

Hey there,

Sorry to see your struggle for installing Adobe Reader DC. It looks like installation was interrupted in the middle of the process.

To get this sorted, you may try this-

1- Reboot your computer

2- Run this cleaner tool to remove the existing file traces http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html  

3- Reinstall again using this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/install-reader-dc-windows.html

Hi Akanchha,

Thanks for your reply but still unsuccessful. I've used the cleaner tool and installed from the site it's working fine when I tried to use the link for enterprise (package sent by adobe) it throws this error

http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/ - Link sent by adobe to download enterprise version of adobe reader

Please need help on this
