Hi,
I am trying to add a Sharepoint Online account to Adobe Reader DC but after adding username (which im using my email add for) and tenancy name in this format https://tenantname.sharepoint.com/ its not adding and goes back to the addition screen. I can access the sharepoint site no issues via browser.
However if i put in an incorrect domain ie message.sharepoint.com it adds the entry and want to auth. OneDrive auth works fine but its just our specific sharepoint domain. Not aware of any settings denying this access?
Ive also gone over the troubleshooting guide and no luck

I'm actually getting this same thing as well. The integration issue steps don't help, I never get prompted for an Office login in either Adobe, or in my browsers.
When running Fiddler, this is the only record I get when attempting to connect with Adobe:

However it single signs on to Sharepoint so dont get this option when in IE
