Hi,

I created a document in Microsoft PowerPoint and printed it to pdf. The pdf appears correctly when viewed on a computer but when I print it to paper some of the numbers don't print.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Luke

We are sorry for the trouble. As described some number on the PDF file is not getting printed.

What is the workflow/steps you are doing to create the PDF file? Are you selecting 'Microsoft Print to PDF' or 'Adobe PDF' in the printer list?

Please try to select the Adobe PDF in the printer list while creating the PDF file and then try to print the PDF file to paper and check. You may also try to create the PDF from the Acrobat ribbon present the toolbar or from the file menu of the Adobe Acrobat DC. File > Create > PDF from File

Also, while printing the PDF to paper, try printing as an image and check if all the numbers are printing fine. Go to Print > Advanced > Print as Image

Let us know how it goes

Regards

Amal
