I used to patch the AcroRdrDC1500720033_de_DE.msi with the actual Update like AcroRdrDCUpd2000620042.msp etc. with the following command:

msiexec /a AcroRdrDC1500720033_de_DE.msi /p AcroRdrDCUpd2000620042.msp /qn

This worked fine.

But now,  with AcroRdrDCUpd2000920063.msp, i got the old version from AcroRd32.exe (17.03.2015) and all these files. The "System" directory is missing too.

What is going wrong with that?

Thanks for your answer.

I got an error because msiexec fails to patch on a networkshare...

On a local drive it works.

Bye...

Make sure you are patching freshly created AIP (not previously patched)

I just tested latest patch and found no issue with it patching proper AIP.
