PDF changing colour and pixelating

Please Help, my pdf keeps pixelating and going black. see screenshot below. TIA.

I've seen one or two reports of this horrible effect. We may need to collect info to compare. Please let us know

I observe there is a 19.10.1, optional driver release, dated today.

Ok, I'm seeing one common thread here - Vega graphics. Would love to hear from anyone else with the same problem, what is their video card and drive.
