PDF Export - 'No Internet Connection' since update

We pay for Adobe PDF Pack and make use of the Export PDF feature in Adobe Reader. Since Adobe updated to version 2019.012.20040 it no longer works and we either get a blue spinning circle or 'No Internet Connection' error. This is happening on several computers in several locations.

If we uninstall and install an older version of Adobe Reader it starts working again but the application then updates to the latest version and it stops working.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues?
