I have uploaded one pdf file on the website and when the users are downloading the file it is giving an error or not opening and downloading not completed. please advise me to resolve this issue.
So is the problem downloading the file, or opening it? If the former, it has nothing to do with Adobe. Check your web-server settings. If the latter, what application are they using, and what exactly happens when they try to open it?
