PDF file to Jpeg for Facebook

Hi can somone advise how I change PDF to Jpeg for face book - I know how to do it on Adobe but when i go to FB it says  -

application/x-zip-compressed is not allowed, please upload an image (JPG, PNG, GIF or TIFF)
