PDF overlaps on our site content

Hi Team,

Could you please suggest some resolution for the below issue.

We have PDF embedded on our site. While opening up on another pop up window, the existing PDF overlaps popup.

How can we overcome this issue. this happens only on IE.

Initially, PDF embedded on our site loads properly..

Once we click on one of the links, another modal window pops up and this PDF file is overlapping on top. It happens only on IE.

Please guide me through.
