PDF printing quality

Hello,

I have create a design (words and graphic) in illustrator and save as PDF, then i use Acrobat to open that PDF and print out, but the quality was not very good, the words seems a bit blur, but the one i printed in Illustrator was nice, what can i do to fix that?

The file were 300ppi already...
