That is the file, and it’s ok, but you must view it with the Acrobat Reader app. Not your browser.

1. Download the file you see to your desktop. (Don’t know how? Please tell us your system an browser)

2. Start Acrobat Reader. Don’t double click the downloaded file.

3. Use Open from the File menu, select the downloaded file.
