PDF to DOC removes images

I am converting a PDF to DOC or DOCX and it won't carry over the images. I am left with badly aligned text and no graphic. Any idea?

Checking the details we see that you have the active plan for Export PDF so you would be easily able to export the PDF to DOC or DOCX

We need some more information for a better understanding:

• Are you trying to convert the file through Adobe Acrobat Reader DC  using the Export PDF?
• What is the version of the Adobe Reader installed? To check the version of the application please use the link - https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html
• Please check for any missing updates and try updating the application and see if that works . Go to Help > Check for Updates. To know more about the latest version please use the link  - https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html

You may also try exporting the file online at https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ and see if that works.
