Good morning,

my client notified me that he cannot open PDF using Adobe Reader DC via Internet Explorer. It works properly f.e. on Mozilla Firefox. I've checked this out on my computer and I've got the same problem. When I'm trying to open PDF in a new tab, I get a gray screen and an Adobe Reader DC prompt like "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC has stopped working". There is a problem when I'm trying open a PDF in a viewer too - the PDF won't load.

I'm attaching screen captures.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,

Milena

I found a solution here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/Acrobat-Reader/Adobe-Acrobat-Reader-DC-has-stopped-working/m-p/882499...

Installing Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool has solved my the problem.
