Upgraded to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2019 010.20064, open PDF and wait for a few seconds and doesn't need to do anything. Adobe Acrobat Reader would popup a dialog box requesting proxy server username and password. This issue didn't occur with previous version of reader.

Leo,

Do you have an update ?

I have changed the following registries to 0 but the problem remain if the user do not have access to the Internet.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\FeatureLockDown

bUpdater"=dword:00000000

and

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\FeatureLockdown\cServices]

"bUpdater"=dword:00000000

If the machine is connected to Internet, then there is no proxy popup prompt but this is not the normal workplace setup.

Hi Martin,

I will escalate this to the concerned team & update you as soon as they respond. It might take some time, please excuse the delay.

Thanks
