A few days ago, I suddenly can no longer use my print function in acrobat reader.  I get an error message that to open the print function, I must first install a printer.

I haven't owned a printer in over 5 years!  I use printer function to split pdfs into separate documents, etc. and have always had the default printer set to no printer.

No it suddenly changed and I can do nothing.

I have spent hours on the phone with Apple and Go-Daddy (who I have MS 365 through) - no one knows what to do.

Adobe refuses to help because I don't have a subscription.

Any help appreciated!

This is not a feature of Reader. If you have a virtual printer that splits PDF files it's not by Adobe.
