We have a random problem there in my company
Using mostly Windows 10 with a few Windows 7
Acrobat DC 2019 0.12 for most users
Printing a PDF File opened as attachment from Outlook or IBM Notes fail and all printers appears disconnected afterthat
Only way to get printers back is to restart Windows spooler of the computer.
Then everything is ok and it's possible to print again the same file.
It only happens with PDF files opened as attachements. Seems a bit random as it does not fail everytime.
This bug does not seems to happen to all users, but rather maybe 30% of company, and everytime for same users. They dont use same printers
We mostly have Kyocera and Xerox
Any idea there? Already tried to update Acrobat, do some drivers changes on printers

If the problem still persists, as stated above, printing the file opened as an attachment from outlook or IBM Notes randomly fails, correct?
What is the dot version of the Adobe Acrobat DC? To check the version of the application you may follow - Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
