When I try to open an adobe document i am getting the error message:
Error 0x8007016a The cloud file provider is not running
Could anyone tell me how I rectify this, my cloud seems to running ok as
I can open other documents.

Hi Susan,
The file that you have been trying to open, is it saved locally on your computer or on One Drive?
This error appears when your file is not available at its original location or folder. Or you have probably moved its folder to another location.
First save the file locally and then try to open it.
