Problems to continue updating and failed to sign in again

Dear Sir/Madam,

I could not sign in and mix-up my passwords, which the system always said the user name and passwords incorrect.  Pls help!

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to login as the password is incorrect.

 

Make sure that you are using the correct username and password to login also check if the caps lock key is on or off and try again  and check.

 

If it still doesn't work, please try to reset the password as described in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-or-reset-password.html and see if that helps.
