Question Mark - Enable Content

I use a report from work that required 3D content enabled. The report has always worked on my laptop previously but for some reason it doesn't anymore. I have gone to preferenced and clicked enable 3d content, but I get a red question mark in top right and when I click I get "enable content", but when I click this nothing happens.

Any help would be much appreciated
