Dear Community,
hope this is in the correct forum.
This regards the Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader Desktop app, which we are using in our corporate environment.
Since we migrated data to Microsoft 365 (SharePoint / OneDrive), users would like to add these storage locations in Adobe application.
While doing this for the Microsoft Cloud Storages, we receive this request for permission.

I know this effects an Azure AD app, which is required for the Adobe desktop app to connect to SharePoint / OneDrive on behalf of the user.
But we have to analyze each of the three permission sets from a data privacy point of view.
Permissions for "sign in and read Profile" and "Read and write user files" make sense.
But what is the reason for the app to require "Access the directory as the signed-in user"?
Already tried the usual Adobe support, but the couldn't help me with this very specific topic.
Thanks a lot,
Christoph
