Re-edit of pdf Job Application

I wanted to re-edit my pdf of an appplication for Redlands Hospital & save a as a new position. There are several job openings that I would like to apply for.  All I need to do is change the name of the position for each application.  Can you help me with this.,

Reader can't edit PDF files. You need to go back to the application you used to create the file, edit it there and then create a new file from it. Also, you should not post your private contact details to a public forum. I've removed them for you in the message above.
