Dear Customer Experience

 
I’m so displeased by my customer experience last night.  My account is good through September but yet my service was interrupted because my credit on filed had expired.  
 
 I had important zip documents to sign electronically last night.   But, the forms were not able to completely download.   I finally realize after researching the problem it had to do with my adobe account.   So I updated my credit card to my Adobe account and low and behold my document was able to download.   
 
I felt my active account was held hostage by your greed to bill again in September, 4-months away.   A 20 minute real estate transaction took 90 minutes.  I'm sure my agent thought I was  illiterate and I may have lost the house I wanted.  The worse customer experience ever!  

Your loyal subject........oh I mean customer.
