Upgrading Reader DC to our enterprise - Windows7 32bit. with latest Patch 2019.012.20034.
After install, internet explorer fails to open any online PDF. error 103:103.
This issue does not occur on 64bit systems.
Only fix is to fully remove adobe reader DC. Install again with an older patch release. 2019.010.0098
