My computer has been locking up whenever I tried to print a pdf form from an email or the census questionaire. So I uninstalled the existing version, and have been trying to install the latest version without success after multiple tries. When I double click on the execution file the process stops. I do not get the screen asking for permission to proceed. Does anyone have a suggestion?
