Regarding the actions text selection

I have a question. Before, it used to appear a box of fast instruments when selecting a text. For example, if I selected a paragraph, there would appear a box of fast instruments from there I could light the text, underline it, etc. Now, if I select a text with left-click, nothing appears. How could I possible remediate this problem ?

In the preferences of Acrobat Reader enable the entry "Show quick actions on text selection".
