Reorder toolbar icons

Is there a way to reorder the toolbar icons? I want to move the "enable scrolling" icon next to the other page display icons.

 

I'm using Acrobat Reader DC Continuous Release Version 2020.013.20074

on a Macbook Air.

Adobe made it impossible to change the order the icons in the toolbar in Reader, unfortunately.
