Version 19.010.20098 is being installed in 2 machines.

In Machine1, File -> Save as Other (with option for Test and Excel or Word)

In Machine2, File -> Save as Text and Convert to Word, Excel or Powerpoint otions are present

Why is there a difference in both? Although version and plugin are the same

Ok, with the normal retail English language download of Acrobat Reader, I get the same as your machine1, whether signed in or not. (That is, Save as Other (with option for Test and Excel or Word))

I can't find any reference to your alternative menu from machine2: (Save as Text and Convert to Word, Excel or Powerpoint otions are present) though there is something similar in Reader 10.

To see if anyone recognises the problem, please post a screen shot which shows the Acrobat Reader app running on machine2, with the whole window and tools visible, and with the File menu pulled down. You CANNOT EMAIL a screen shot, please return to the forum and use the Insert Image icon to place it. (Some browsers let you paste an image into your reply in the forums, but not email).
