scanning and printing issue

I am unable to scan or print after I deactivated Acrobat Pro.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to scan or print after you have deactivated the Acrobat Pro .

 

- Would you mind sharing the application you are using to scan or print? Are you using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC or Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (Freeware application)?

- What happens when you try to print the PDF? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

 

Please logout of the Acrobat Pro DC and login into Adobe Acrobat Reader DC https://get.adobe.com/reader/ with the same Adobe ID and check if that helps.

 

You may also try the steps provided in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/troubleshoot-pdf-printing-acrobat-reader.html and see if that works.
