Screen going black every time you interact with the content

This problem is constant and has transcended multiple releases - therefore, I am thinking it could be an issue with the hardware. 

Each time I interact with the document, the page will cover with black and which dots. You have to zoom in or out to make it clear, but it returns again and again. It makes reading difficult and interactive PDFs almost impossible.

1. Does it happen with alone PDF or with every PDF file? Can you share one such PDF file?
2. Can you provide the Acrobat version you are using?
You can find the version using the steps mentioned below:
Go to Help -> About Adobe Acrobat.

3. Kindly share the machine details i.e OS, version etc.

 

If you are not using the latest version we request you to move to the latest version.
