Search in cyrillic does`n work. There is a document, a technical book on programming. It contains Cyrillic text and Latin letters. It is required to search in the text (more than 900 pages) for terms that are not in the glossary and subject index. The document properties have a list of fonts used to create the document. These fonts are installed in Windows (I have 7 x64). Font NewBaskervilleCTT . Words written in Latin characters have the ability to search. The words written in Cyrillic in the search box are displayed with random characters from the encoding table (!!< $), Not with alphabetic characters.
So is it possible to do something? How long will this go on?

This is probably due to an incorrect font encoding in the file itself. Does it display correctly if you paste it into another application, like Word?
