Hello all,
I am unable to sign into adobe PDF pack via a PDF document, the error message reads 'an error occured while signing in.
I am using windows 10 with adobe reader XI, i am trying to convert the document into an Excel file which i have done hundreds of times recently without any problems.
I can log into the adobe websites using the same credentials, it just fails on actual PDF documents when trying to convert them, any ideas?
I have tried the usual account reset, changed password and updated Adobe reader.
