Dear All,
We have recently encountered issues with Reader DC being slow to open, (sometimes taking up to a minute). The fix working for us was to uninstall the latest version of Reader, install the previous version and disable automatic updates.

You may install the further patch released for Acrobat, and let us now if that makes any improvement.
Acrobat and Reader official update (19.012.20035) is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader.
