Hello,

I have a file which contains lets say..  100 records.  Each record could have between 10-20 pages each and are not in order.  My task is to split the records by the number of pages.  So all records that contain 10 pages, are bundled in one file, 20 pages in another and so on.  Is there a way I could easily do this without manually splitting the file? The first page to each record is NOT bookmarked.  Although there are unique identifiers that would mark the first page.  Help Please!  Thank you in advance.

Not possible with Acrobat Reader. May be possible with Adobe Acrobat.

Thanks for the reply.  I do have Acrobat Pro DC, just wasn't sure how to get it done.  Sorry for the confusion

If there are unique identifiers that can be used to identify the start of each record then it's most likely possible to do it in Acrobat using a script. If you're interested I'd be happy to have a look at a sample file and let you know if I think it's doable or not, and if so, for how much.

You can share a sample file here, or send it to me privately to [try6767 at gmail.com].
