Submitting a form using Acrobat Reader

I created a form Acrobat Pro and in it is a button to submit the form to an email address.  But when the person who only has Adobe Reader tries to submit the form, they cannot.  Help!

Please be more specific. What exact version of Reader do they have? What happens when they click the submit button?
