Hello,

I'm having an issue with applying digital signatures on PDFs generated using the php library, TCPDF.

Here are the errors I can see.

When signing, I get the option to review document content that affects signing. The dialog reads:

Digital Signature plug-in internal error
An error was encountered while analyzing the document
Unrecognized object name

When I sign and attempt to save the file, I get the following error:

The document could not be saved. There was a problem reading this document (110).
The document could not be signed.

Other PDF readers, like Foxit do not have an issue with signing and saving the document. I was hoping someone here could shed some light on this issue and suggest a solution to get Adobe Reader working.

I've attached a demo file that I generated as a test.
