On load of the PDF in IE browser, the forms donot show up populated with data and the user has to click or resize the content on the form fields to see the data.

Kindly suggest if anyone facing similar issues. What is the solution or workaround we can have in this situation.

Thanks

Dillip

Hi Dillip,

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described the PDF form when loaded in IE donot show up populated with data and the user has to click or resize the content on the form fields to see the data.

Web browsers use their own PDF mechanism to render and display the PDF files and they are not Adobe dependent. Please ask the user to download the PDF form to his computer locally and then try to open it using Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC and check.

Let us know how it goes

Regards

Amal
